At the 16th birthday, last year, Justin Bieber celebrate with a massive party. But for the birthday celebration of the 17th, this year, he simply chose to celebrate it.
"I only have about four days to relax. That's because I will start another world tour. So I'm just going to prepare mentally and relax. There is no birthday party a massive," Bieber said, as quoted by Female First.
